Adopt A Block, Inc., is a non-profit coalition and partnership. It is composed of local Churches, the Baltimore City Police Department, City Government, local businesses, community associations, a diversity of social service and health agencies, as well as community residents.

Adopt A Block, Inc.,  consist of the following programs:

        Summer/Fall Block Party Program,

        A Can Can Make A Difference,

        Compassion Commission,

        Station North Thrift Store,

        Station North Art Festival,

        and Strawbridge Transportation

Our goal is to work together to bring restoration to our inner city - block by block. We effectively meet the diversified needs of the individual, the family and the community, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physical, through this organization. We began adopting blocks in the Eastern District of Baltimore City in 1991.
